It's already time for my first check-in on my plan to get healthier. :)
In all honesty, I didn't have a great track record this month for the 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week. I'm going to try to do better in the month ahead. :) But, I did exercise more than I usually do, and have been eating more lean proteins, fruits, and veggies. Thankfully, my weight is finally going DOWN instead of UP. Not much, but a little, and that's reason to celebrate!
I'm partway to my next BMI number: 26. Hoping to get there in the next month or two. :)
